Create an Archive for Audio, Video and Text Files

This is the fifth talk in the series Steps to Reform India.
Ancient India proudly proclaimed as the Viśvaguru (world teacher). It was said that the Library in Nalanda University held about nine million manuscripts in the year 1193 CE. That massive collection of manuscripts burned for three months after invaders set fire to the building in that year.
When India is planing to regain the position of Viśvaguru then which one is the
modern equivalent in digital collection for that library of Nalanda? Answer is none.
That is the reason I am proposing for India to create an archive for audio, video and text files. Viśvaguru without content to share is like a library without books.
