Cooking ghee stew in a rural wooden hut

Today, you will witness cooking in the village's wooden hut, where ghee stew is cooked with rice; This authentic Iranian food is one of the famous and popular dishes of us Iranians and it is very easy to cook. In this dish, meat, onions, spices and tomato paste are used, and all kinds of spices can be used to make it tasty according to the chef's desire. Hola , buenos dias . Veo que es casi que una costumbre cocinar las recetas al calor de la leña . Es agradable comer asi , es de gran sabor y propio del buen gusto . Hoy dia aca solo se cocina con electricidad o gas , comidas a la leña solo en el campo o en el restaurante .
