I worked in a Chevy dealership body shop when these cars first came out in 82. The first car delivered got front fender damage so I got to replace the first 3rd. gen Camaro fender on Cape Cod. The build quality of this gen was so far ahead of the previous car was obvious from the start. Nice to see an old school 327 going in that was the hot motor for us as high schoolers in the 70's. We couldn't afford big blocks even though gas was 35 cents a gallon

That T-5 is doomed, upgrade it before the rear. They don't even last under stock power.
Stone & his father are pretty acclimated to the 5-speed and it’s flaws… Before we began filming; he clarified that he would not be able to do any pulls or show off any spirited driving; for a variety of reasons, likely including the fact that the transmission wouldn’t keep up.

Trust me ik t5s aren't great but neither are 10 bolts and I plan to keep both and hope for the best.. I didn't do pulls cuz I was still breaking in the new clutch, however the t5 is a world class one and was rebuilt by the previous owner so the hope is without sticky tires or clutch dumps it should hold up to spirited driving lol, it lasted me driving it pretty hard with the 305.... If it breaks then oh well t56 time I guess
