The girl isn't really hypnotizing the animals. That is a special technique how they don't move . Of course it is not easy to do this and you have to train it. But normally everyone can do this if he knows how to do it. Nevertheless she did it very well and it very cute.

I'm not into animal cruelty so didnt like the Chinese girls performance.
I worked at an animal sanctuary and knew of the cruel technique used on rabbits. Can be dangerous for them. I assume its same for all the other animals apart from the dog. Never go putting these animals on their backs like this.
I'm surprised this channel allowed it and thus encouraging the audience at home to likely try it.
