- @flipkart big billion days are currently on and I was fortunate to see a great deal on the iPhone 13 (128gb) though I was expecting ₹54K but it was available for ₹49K an amazing deal around 20K off in one year and this is a very value for money device even in next 2 years I would say so as soon as I grab it but at the time of delivery there was an OBD or Technical Issue which caused tension for about 30min though i courageously opened the device at my own risk and by the grace of God i was not cheated by Flipkart but there is a little suggestion from me to the Flipkart team that don't try to be faulty for some specific audience otherwise you will lose trust in them in one word treat all customers equally if you want to exist

I recieved an Aux cable in place of an iPhone
OBD is not an optional thing, if the product is eligible for OBD, the app would not allow you to uncheck that option. Pls note that you do not have to call flipkart for OBD. If the product is not eligible for OBD, calling will not help. Based on experience, same day delivery is not applicable for OBD.
Mine was not same day delivery it was after one day boss
And after payment there was mention of OBD but the wishmaster/ delivery person said those having obd may have called the customer care to include it in their order that’s why I was confused at that time but thank god the product was safe 👍
Ekadam Sahi Mere Sath bhi Aisa Hi Hua Hai and Maine customer care ko call kiya tha for OBD un Logon ne bataya Hai Jab aap order kar raha the the tabhi wo option click karna tha abhi wo log kuch nhi kar sakte hain... yah chij bohut hi kharab hai en logon ka, exactly sab log ko same tarike se treat karna chahie.

Phonepe se payment karne se koi problem hota hain keya?
Maine phone pe se payment kia tha but mujhe koi problem nahi hua

Maine same problem face ki hai....Flipkart me open box delivery kuch products par hai, maine samsung s21 fe order Kiya and delivery boy ne pehle mujhse OTP manga to maine mna kr diya bcoz Flipkart ki policy hai ki phle aapko agent box open krke dikhaye ki box me sab kuch ok hai then aapko OTP btana hota hai....agent ne fir wo box deliver nhi kiya and wo bina order diye chla gya.....then maine complain karwai uski and Flipkart wale ye accept kr rhe hai ki delievery boy ki galti hai....abhi mujhe mera phone receive nhi hua hai

Bhai sunn na.. 29 , 30 rs s ter fr secure packaging that doesn't mean ki apne OBD ka paisa paid kiya hai. OBD s optional and ur delivery agent must do in all mobile phone. Agar aap at present order karoge Flipkart pe tho OBD nahi de raha hai bt still u must pay for secure packaging..

1. The delivery boy will open the box in front of you and you can check your device
2. After opening the box and checking your device, share your otp to the delivery boy
3. If the device is different or has scratches or dent you can call the customer service for assistance
