    Tushar Goyal is an Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor and your friend. He started with getting into his family business of GeoEngineering right after his college in 2010,worked at grassroot level right from supervising a site to heading the whole project learning everything from basics. Then he started an IT Company in 2014 with his wife and had clients all over India, UAE and US. Within a year they had an employee strength of 150+ creating apps, handling marketing for different brands as well. Then he sold of his business with a great exit and started his own product Campify. Campify was an application designed for university and college students where they can get every information related to exams,cultural fest and notes as well. It was introduced in NIT kurukshetra and other major universities of the country. Since they had a pretty good family business running and it needed him so he had to quit campify and he ventured into the field of real estate investing. Currently Tushar Goyal holds an investment portfolio of above 50 crores in Real estate.
    He is an alumni of NIT Kurukshetra and IIM- Ahmedabad and currently hold the position of Director,Investment at Spar Geo Infra Pvt Ltd.
    He puts out weekly videos on real estate on his CZcams Channel.

    डीडीए ईएमडी जमा होने पर दुबारा बचे फलैट की बिडीग फर सूचना देगा या फिर नयी बिडीग करेगा जैसे 6-१२-२४ मेँ हुई फलैट की निलामी मेँ मैने 2न० तक बिडीँग की है

    Sir if i am h1 bidder and i got physical possession then is it possible to get conveyance deed or registry direct to my mother's name or someone else like i am selling the property and direct stamp duty of the buyer (just to avoid the stamp duty charges in case of selling the property) Can we do that ?

      No you can't do that

      As per DDA you can't sell plot until registry ... After that you can sell it to anyone

      Yes you will get housing loan once you have become h1 and have paid 25% of the amount.

    I am tandeep i am H1 bidder of DDA e auction , i have done all the payment within its timeframe . Now i am on step of obtaining Possession letter and very much confuse on this part .
    I am going through bhoomi ap and according to its guideline i am doing all the procedure .
    Now stuck at Uploading documents for Possession letter :- so please guide me what to do next .....
    i am sending you copy of Demand Letter. and. documents required for Possession letter . please guide me also ....
    I have done e auction by my name and wife name). so i have to do conveyance deed by my name or i can do it alone on my wife name to save duty. ???
