Pues se me figura la pasta mil hojas pero sin el queso y es parecido el doblaje de nada más que la mil hojas se mezcla la harina con un poco de mantequilla y agua tibia y por otro lado se mezcla un poco de harina con una mayor parte de mantequilla se unta en la masa y se hacen los dobles muy parecidos, se miran deliciosos y también se ve hojaldrada, saludos de México.
Mucho trabajo,pero al final vale la pena,se ven deliciosos!!
