"don't take personally anything the guest is saying to you, cuz he doesn't know you personally"
That's actually great advice
I just quit the industry after 26 years working in front office of hotels. Short staffed, abusive guests and management with their head in the sand. It is a far cry from the prestige and well structured industry I joined in 1996. All my colleagues have left as well. The wheels have fallen off.
Totally agree
Damn im starting as a fresh nightclerk today, any tips?
â@@imnoblueberry8502how is life going ?
As someone who spent 7 years in both Marriott and Hilton franchises as a night audit, I cannot agree more. It's exactly the same thing everywhere. From staffing issues to awful people you have to smile at, the amount of money you have to handle compared to what you earn, working weird and insufferable hours of the day with just a single day off in a week being the norm... Almost every single person I met in this industry don't check the road before crossing the street.
This is really good, thank you
Thanks you for sharing the tutorial front office operational
This is one of the Rafi amiguetes of Torrente ?
