Oh really? Should I take your little narrative notion to a consideration? instead of pointing out my strong, truthful statement to your own misconception interruption which YOU who don't have any validation of the points that I made above, is not worth my time.
Such negative interruption of words and close-minded individuals such as you and the other guy (Wynapse) who didn't even understand my statements above are the very people who part take stopping individuals like (ME) to bring forth ideas and I mean... truthful, harsh, reality Ideas. If that deems me as ignorant, prejudice, bitter and racist(tribalism favouritism) .. Then well I'm guilty.. lool. Grow up and do contribute something worth talking about.
P.S Please I don't have time to entertain, alternatively have something worth talking about (positive thoughts, good ideas of worth talking about, ideas and ways to suggest to improve the system shown on the video.)

The tree options is not a traditional thing it's the Islamic Sharia law and it's the only correct, just and fair judgment for the humanity because it's the law of Allah SW the Creator of All universe.
Important is you have to apply Sharia correctly and thoroughly not pieces here and there or mixed with man made laws

Its wisdom that you missing to comprehend it yet. Almighty Allah decreed Qasas ( execution of the murderer) as a last resort in order to save the rest of both families/tribes from fighting over this issue. There other options such as taking blood money, forgiveness ( this one is most favorite by the almighty Allah that he said in quran encouraging forgiveness " And the retribution for an evil act is an evil one like it, but whoever pardons and makes reconciliation - his reward is [due] from Allah . Indeed, He does not like wrongdoers."42:40). However, is Qasas is the last option to check or stop human violence. I hope you get my point.
