Area Commissioners have no business to do with the victims, it’s not their scope of practice. There are organisations that are designated to render support to victims or families of the victims. Unfortunately, prisons are no longer prisons but correctional centres, at the end of the day the’devils’ you are referring to should be taught to behave like humans again because after they have served their term they will come back to live with ordinary people.
By the way Dr Nandipha remains a Doctor even though she may never practice again. She earned the title, this has nothing to do having her membership evoked by the medical council.
