- Dr Nandipha Magudumana’s lawyer, Machini Motloung, is demanding she be moved to another prison cell after she was allegedly assaulted at the weekend.
Magudumana, who is an awaiting trial inmate at Kroonstad Prison.
Anele Mdoda and Thembekile Mrototo spoke to Motloung about the alleged incident.

Her attorney is concern about his client safety what about the pain Mr Katlego berengs pain and suffering he went through. She does not look like a prisoner. She comes in all dolled up in court. She is not treated badly in prison. She wants to get out. The public is very alert with this case. She must just stay in prison. May your soul rest in peace Mr Katlego bereng. She never behaved like a professional human being when she left her 2 innocent children in school and never went to pick up her children from school the poor kids where stranded. She than disappear with a convict murderer.
Am not saying what Nandipha did it's okay...but she's a human being like any of us...and for us to judge her as if we are perfect it's very wrong indeed...and infront of God eyes there's no sin that's bigger than the others... that's why God want us to repent so that our sin can be forgiven🙏

For the victims and the families of victims (especially the deceased) it’s very important that Nandipha and Thabo are safe, healthy and of sound mind until the trial is complete and they are sentenced. Post-sentencing she must be strong, like all criminals 😂
Does she want princess treatment? That's prison that's not a palace or something... Or does she want to be isolated so she can execute another escape? At this point unfortunately for her, no one trusts her or believes anything she says...🤷🏾♀️ If she was able to deal with a man like Bester she sure is a tough and brave one.. You have to form the right alliances for your security, watch your back constantly, always stand your ground when conflicts arise, and be ready to fight back viciously if necessary. There can be no snitching. But can our overwhelmed Nandi understand this?
Actually a former inmate told me that laying a complaint is more helpful and they also place the inmates based on their behaviours
