I'm pretty certain it was called "Tornado", and so I was kinda annoyed that they named a new water ride Tornado...as it seems to cause some confusion when speaking of the original Tornado (the darkride in GhostTown.)
My best friend and I went on this one during a school trip to the park. We're wating in line and she starts getting embaressed and warning me that she's probably gonna scream her head off. "Oh, I don't worry, I'll scream with you!"...That was before we actually took the plunge and it scared my voice out of me. ^^;;;
Twister was a fun dark ride. I have footage of it, but it came out poorly. Charlie Wood had gotten the ride from the defunct Freedomland. I liked it better than Canyon Blaster.

Wow, the drop doesn't seem that bad as when you were a kid. I remember back in the day the wait for this ride was foooooooorever.
This was filmed in 1996. Nightmare opened in 1999. I'm glad I got this footage before the area was ruined by Six Flags.

I like this ride but when you get to the big hill at the end it's like "Holy Crap!"
