Talking about Genocide against Tutsi, the number is not 800,000 people, it's over one million lives killed. But now unity and reconciliation is the choice we made to rebuild our country and the progress is extraordinary.

I love Rwanda, I have been there twice now (last august was the second time). I have a few very good friends (they call me family) there. I always try to "integrate" in the country I am visiting, by learning a bit of the language and habits. Rwanda is one of the most inspiring countries I have visited, considering the remarkable progress that this country has made in just 28 years.

Try to educate yourself more about the second point, get the story from Rwandans or memorial sites. According to the law in Rwanda, its part of the crime of genocide denial when you reduce the number of the victims to 800,000 when it was way over 1 million, please stop hurting people by recounting their painful history in 100% wrong way. Murakoze.
