there must be fee concession or loan facility for your program sir as not everyone cannot afford 30000 per month with many responsibilities n inflation. many are still not able to do this course because of fee . u can charge them later when they will be successful. How a person who is jobless with many responsibilities or a person with a job of a lac with kids n family will pay 30000/month? Here in Pakistan RMO salary is not more than 60000-100000. many of us are stuck..
