  • Watch my Kioti CK2610 HST cab plow through 1 foot of snow. Near L’Amable Ontario Canada. Nice and cozy in the cab.
    Starts in the cold Canadian winter no problem.
    I have owned this 2 years now and love it.

    Plowed working for a local school district for 35 years and I would have never left a mess like you did. I prided myself on plowing clean.

    My rx7320 is a beast with a zmi 8 foot pusher and land pride inverted blower. Pretty much cant stop it . Our laat storm was 22 inches. Half fluffy snow. Half wet snow. 12 hours for 126 driveways and 10 commercial lots. 4 tanks of fuel. Kept on pushing or blowing out driveways . I love it. Yet i work for kubota lol .

      @mfilledlife Oh, too bad. They were a great little fishing motor and all parts are still available for them...both OEM and aftermarket. Never thought about the tipping thing but I bet loading the tires would be a big help....in a few ways.

    A plow is nice and cheaper by a long shot I'm assuming but give me a blower every day and twice on Sunday. I just bought the CK2620.

    • @freedomfilledlife
      @freedomfilledlife  Před 4 měsíci

      After having a plow, I totally agree. I definitely also need sliders on the bottom of the plough like a few people mentioned below. A blower would make such a quicker job. That’s why sometimes I just use the ATV for small stuff. The tractor is just a good all-around yard implement, but ploughing with a blade is a bit of a pain.

      @christophercharles3169 Před 4 měsíci +1

      @@freedomfilledlife I get it. Use what you have. Blowers aren't inexpensive. I'm hoping to acquire a blower by the start of next winter. Otherwise I may be using a plow or even the bucket.

    If you have chains and some weight in the back, it would really make a nice push of the snow. I have a same type dozer blade.....but it's 86''. Works great, but I'm gonna add some ballast fluid in my rear tires too. Seems like the CK2610 has quick hydraulics?

    • @freedomfilledlife
      @freedomfilledlife  Před 6 měsíci

      Yes I’m thinking fluid too. My blade always bounces forward though, so I’m gonna do that pipe thing to it

    I was wondering if that tractor would be a good one, and it looks like it is. I don't need anything bigger so i was looking at that one and Kubota, but I'm really impressed with the Kioti.

      @@freedomfilledlife I'm in Nova Scotia. I put a 84" length of schedule 80 PVC on my HLA 2000 plow/Kioti 3510 setup. Makes plowing gravel driveways real easy. I simply put the pipe in a workmate vise with a backing board and ran down the length with a skil saw. Then banged it down the length of the plow edge with a sledge hammer on one end and the wife holding the other end making sure it did not slide off. DO NOT use schedule 40 pipe as it is WAY too thin and will break on the first really cold day. Trust me on that one. The BEST solution would be to use a length of 2" steel pipe. Good luck!

      I have the 23 CX2510 Cab with HLA100 66” blade Hydraulic with 3rd Function. Loaded the tires and bought a ballast box ( 3 pt) and put 5-66 pound bags of sand . Have a paved drive with last 75 feet at 8% slope. Pushes the snow up no problem never spins a tire. 😊

    How is your loader tolerating the blade stress when angled? My dealer advised against anything but a straight implement, so I am curious. I have a ck2610 as well.

  • @davehudson4607
    @davehudson4607 Před 18 dny

    Worst thing you could ever have on a loader, a blade that can angle. Loaders are meant to push straight, many a person has bent a front end loader from what you have been doing.
    Good luck, get a snow pusher or a blower
