yesterday i buy from the best buy store for myself this Utopia 360 VR headset
so as i was adjusting this to fit my head all the way that stupid plastic on my head it doesn't go all the way fit my head

The plastic head band does extend. You pull the round knob on its rear and turn it clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust fitting your head. Once you have it where you like and comfortable -- push the round knob back in until you hear it click.

I just got one for my birthday and I downloaded a game. The game started spinning and going out of control. I couldn’t get it to work. I went to settings and all it would tell me to do was to change the view. When I tried it was say to find a barcode on the cardboard viewer that didn’t exist. What do I do

Well, first the headset has has nothing to do with the functioning of your phone. The first thing I would do is uninstall the APP. Go back to the Google Play store or APPLE Store and download and install again. Be sure your phone is compatible with the APP being downloaded.

How do you set it up and connect your phone ?

Install the APP on your phone then open up the front of the headgear and place your phone inside. Once mounted securely close it back and follow onscreen instructions.

Yes, if it has an audio port. Or you can just use sound from iPhone.

You can use and android phone or and iPhone as long as it fits inside the housing. The largest phone I have used is a 5.5" screen size.

It's a very nice setup and worth the dollars paid...unfortunately I don't have an opportunity to use it much.
