If y’all didn’t purchase any apps, I recommend to just make a whole new account. It does save all the apps you had ( not the one you purchased ) and keeps most of the data ik pretty sure, but most importantly the billing problem won’t occur anymore.

Okay yal the fix is just hook your card back on and then remove it again. The reason why it’s asking for the bill is cause it was last hooked on. either you had a subscription or the card didn’t fully get taken out and it thinks your a fraud.

I created a new iCloud account an deleted the apps to redownload them an it worked, I figure it’s because apps are “locked” from unpaid subscriptions, it can’t read you’re new downloads from new account, you may have to start fresh but you won’t have to pay for a update
You have to redownload the apps from the new account but have too delete them first before you create that new account, I hope this helps because it helped me 💯

You may lose progress in any app if you connected to it with that previous Apple account, but it does overall fix the problem, I used a cod account instead of facebook, google, or apple, so lucky for me I still have my profile, it’s a very tricky thing but there is no way it can’t work
