Dates ragi cake eggless ingredients
1 cup= 240 ml
1cup- ragi atta (finger millet flour)
1 cup- desiccated coconut flour
1/2 cup- orange juice
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp- 1/cup - oil (i added only 2 tbsp and am happy with the result)
1tsp- baking powder
1/4 tsp- baking soda
1/2 cup- applesauce (homemade)
1 cup- deseeded dates (soak them and use the same water in the cake)
almonds for decoration
chocolate ganache
1 tbsp- applesauce
1 small dark chocolate

Hi i have become a great fan of yours..i have got the result for healthy baking...i have one doubt..in case I'm adding butter instead of solid ghee i should use cold one or room temperature for cookies...
Thanks dear.. Since it is winter time, you can take normal butter, though I always prefer refrigerated one, which is never fail. This holds the key to crispy cookies
