      We get it without chaff... Buy the clean chia package. The one with stones is not worth using. It is not possible to clean adulterated chia seeds

      Without refrigeration, it ll go bad quuckly. In that case, make small batches. Press the tofu under heavy weight so that there's no water left you may also try pumpkin seeds tofu..you ll love that..it tastes like paneer and is creamy

      I make it at home dear.. It's quite easy and the right way too. Don't buy packed millet flours as they don't soak millets, which is crucial for absorption. Else millets may cause nutrition deficiencies and indigestion

    I actually just did this before I found your video but with ginger bug and without adding sugar. Within 24 hours it tastes like alcohol. I guess it needed sugar added as it was a little sour to begin with

      No dear, ragi doesn't cause thyroid dysfunction if you have adequate iodine intake and a normal gland. You can use it regularly. I do.
