Excellent video and coach. I like Eagles. My father owned 2. His last one was an 05. IMHO right up there with Newmar for best production coaches on the upper end.

I went to Newmar factory in Nappanee, Indiana and test drove a 36 footer that creaked and twisted and rattled. And this was Brandy New at the Factory. Scary. Salesman said those attributes were normal for the bus chassis it was built on. But...Newmar did invent the Slides, or so they said.
This is by far the nicest motor home I've ever seen, I've been watching the CZcams series Ernest borgnine Bus. And this is a 1000 times more beautiful than his bus.
His was a 1995 Country Coach. Not even comparable
His was a 95 country coach prevost. You can't even compare the 2.
I'll let you figure out which one is actually better.

I thought this would be a million dollar RV but it sold for $425,000. So pretty!
At 425k depreciates the moment you drive of with it. I would that on a proper home. Ofcourse if you are swimming in wealth this is a beautiful toy to have.

This Slide being 4p' long is Incredible. I'd only change the Dining to a Booth. Also a Love seat versus the Single chair that way a Flat screen could come up behind the Sofa.
Otherwise..... Very BIG Inside compared to the Prevost & Newmar Brands.

300.000 $ at least for the same size, same equipment.
Maybe the quality of materials make the difference (seats, sofas, appliances...).
From my point of view, what is suggested is OK.

Professional Audio Engineer Suggestion: Record the Spoken Words (your voice) separate from the video as a read script with some "punch" in your delivery. Wind noise is amateur hour. And this RV deserves the High Zoot treatment.

I would not be interested in buying used. I would like a new 2020 I’m sure I could get this one new for $700,000. Or less. Floor plan is not very comfortable with only 1 small chair. Could I get reclining chairs by removing the couch. You did not mention how much solar is on roof. You have 8 lithium batteries so I would expect 1.2kw of panels on the roof.
