2:25 as a ref myself, I can confirm that it would just be 1 cautioning for reckless play as disciplinary action is given for each offence a player commits (with the severity of the offensive determining the disciplinary action) so as that was just one tackle which caught the two players, it’s just one offence. And seeing how it looks like a reckless foul would therefore just be one cautioning to that defender
what are your thoughts on the 2nd clip with the keeper heading it. I might not have given a foul. cause the ball is at a foot playing height not a head one. so no yellow to the field player for PIADM. argument the keeper should get one.
@@jackkane6828 I would still give the attacker a yellow. Although it was at low height for the goalie, he still technically won the ball in a 50/50 situation. If it was a similar situation with just the feet and no header, I think the attacker would still get cautioned.
@@jackkane6828 ok but that doesn’t matter, as a high foots determined by whether it’s above waste hight or not, and for how high his boot was, that certainly was above waste hight. Which is why that would be a straight red all day long for SFP for any adult games, but for a youth one like in this clip, I’d certainly give a cautioning but I’d also be tempted to request the team to sub him off for a while as well so he realises how bad his challenge was.
@@elijahkhaira It’s also a low head (which is a law at the same level as a high foot) from the goalkeeper which is endangering himself. Obviously I’d stop the game for the goalie to get some medical assistance and for a foul but there’s no way it’s a red.
@@elijahkhaira there is no consideration for height on that play. as high boot is not a call. it's PIADM he has every right to play the ball with his foot. cause it's just about waist height. in the middle of the field you would never call a high boot.

Fair play to Arron hunt man went from chilling with simple Simon and Luke bennet to kicking ball with Wayne Rooney around his gaff genuinely sound geeza aswell
2:30 as a ref myself, i would have to give two yellows there and potentially even a straight red, because: a) the defender is the last man b) he tackles the man in possession without touching the ball and c) he technically has an off the ball tackle as he takes out the second player. So overall straight red by the rules. hope this helps and keep up the great vids mate!
