A YOUNG WOMAN with cerebral palsy is promoting inclusivity within the fashion industry. Autumn Kinkade may have been born with cerebral palsy, rendering her to use a walker, but she was also born with a sense of adventure that has enabled her to model all over the country. The 18-year-old from Adair, Oklahoma, believes the fashion world should feature more disabled models to give other people with different challenges a try.

I love this series so much as a disabled person because it focuses on the individual and not their disability. the interviewees seem to have a lot of say over the nature and the tone of their video and it doesn’t focus on the able-bodied point of view.
and yet you identify as disabled first, and a person second

I have been fighting terminal illnesses for years and now I'm at the point where I was complaining that only getting to church once a week and going to the store once a week was my only outing, and now I wish that going to church and to the store once a week was my outing because now I'm pretty much 95% homebound bedridden, but I will not give up! I miss my kids a thousand miles away and that's another reality that saddens me but I live in the spirit and I know that heavenly father has a will for me and I trust it! You definitely put a spark in my day! You Keep On Keepin On! You go girl! I'm so happy that you shared this video and I'm so very proud of you for your accomplishments! Still get that world sweetheart! I believe in you!
