Intresting video! Regarding 23s emails pretty much everything you mentioned was sent over the course of the 1st week. He also sent Pre Kingdom mails as well. They did a pretty great job covering everything.

A lot of the info you say you expect is available is sent in discord. Kingdom mails are just a formality, anyone not in the discord is just expected to leave so info isn't given to them
