Mental illness. Some people simply can't cope with the idea of someone having authority over them, so they try to get some tiny little crumb of control. That's where the "name and badge number" demand comes in on so many of these vids, despite the fact that they will remember neither of those things 2 minutes later. It's to get LEO's to jump through even the tiniest little hoop so they can feel they won some game of dominance that no one else is participating in.

Because things aren’t always better you do understand that you live with a certain amount of rights afforded to you by the constitution and there are at least 50% of the police officers out there are crooked as hell and will stomp on your rights in a heartbeat! Better yet just go up to the little search bar on here and search crooked police officers pick a state doesn’t matter which one but if you pick Arkansas look for the one that was done and by the today show and look at how bad those Arkansas police officers beat the crap out of a guy laying on the ground, slamming his facing to the asphalt, kneeling him, etc. for no reason he was on the ground! on the ground!!!! so if you’re prepared to get your rights trampled all over for no good reason like that young man, you just keep on being complacent because complacency leads to laziness and laziness leads to the lack of knowing the actual laws and your rights and when you give up your rights and your freedom for complacency, you deserve neither and you will Suffer the ramifications of that. People need to wake up stop being complacent question everything it doesn’t mean you have to be rude. It doesn’t mean you have to act like a jack wagon, but what it does mean is if you know you’ve not done anything wrong don’t sit there and let them bully you, when you don’t deserve it because the more people do that the more the bad cops egos get stroked and it is bad cops like the ones featured on the today show about a year ago from Arkansas bad cops like that get really good cops like my family members murdered! Hold bad cops accountable, so that the good cops out here can actually live! And so you, as a human being, don’t lose your in alienable rights that are afforded to you, by the constitution of the United States, of which cops are sworn to uphold but every day they do not I am sick of my family members and my friends getting murdered because of bad cops! And complacency leads to bad cops, simple as that!

@@darthhemi1735 Friend of mine who was a small town officer had the highest felony arrest rate of any LEO in our county regardless of agency. He rarely turned on his radar and concentrated mainly on equipment violations.....head/tail lights out, broken windshields, paper tags, illegal tint. If nothing else was going on they got a warning, but far more often than not there was something else, be it suspended license, warrant, possession of drugs, whatever.

You simply go "your tail light is out"... thats how it goes, they were both wrong and it wasnt a good stop.. Sometimes you have to back off the attitude to get the job done... The cop should have simply used one sentence to diffuse the situation...

They should save their fighting words for the judge! As troopers often say to protesting suspects: “tell it to the judge”.

Had a person run from ASP in Van Buren yesterday, Dec 16 at 1540, and they were throwing dope out of the vehicle as they were fleeing. It sounded like they got them stopped on I540 crossing the bridge.

I just can’t figure out for the life of me why someone thinks they tell the officers when and where they will stop?! Seriously, where does this mentality come from? I’ve seen this several times. Just keep rolling and pointing out where they want officers to follow them to their home or to a place that they choose. Blue lights? STOP!! Not slow roll until they choose the spot. The officers are not asking they’re telling! I wouldn’t follow them either. Who knows what or who else may be waiting for them?! Stay safe! And love seeing the PIT to re-enforce the law. I see people as one family. As such, you can say I'm color blind to what race a person is or is not. As a First Responder, I never asked how or why the person got into trouble, I just dropped everything and responded and saved their life.
Cadillac Driver was insisting on why he had to stop and thought he was above the law and His Rights were also above the law. His Cadillac only had minor things wrong which he could easily took care of later, but his was beyond reasoning with and now has to bite the bullet, the price of shooting off his mouth and not complaining with the officer.
