Thank you SO much! A handle pulled off after a door had only been opened half a dozen times, and another door handle is loose. Evidently, the work was not done properly when my new hardware was installed (I won’t be calling that guy again!). With the help of your video, I’m confident that I can fix the problem without having to contact anyone.
