    Hello Raj sir.... Very nice video , in fact I'm using these vesrah ceramic brake pads they are excellent.....
    before i changed my stock brake pads at 9000 km and they were not giving punch at all after 2000 km driven, the front stock brake was quite good but rear was even not trying to stop (lazy brakes).
    I m very very very happy with the ceramic brake pads, till now I m on 15000 kms and they are not even used half now , i m sure ceramic pads will work 15000 kms for sure . Specially the rear works amazing now with no noise at all .
    Everyone can go with them.

    Very informative video bhai! Always wondered why does Rear rim collect dust so much extra dust only in dusty highway rides. Well, now I got to know! Great quick video!!!
    Those who are tired of brake pad noise but not wanting to spend on brake cleaner, just manually remove brake pads, and take them to your kitchen. Scrub and wash them like how vessels are washed. It has worked on mine stock mineral pads, but however ever since I switched to Vesrah ceramic ones, I have never heard such noise

    Hi brother , i just got a new hness e20 variant. I have a persistent squeaking noise on slow speeds upto 20. The noise stays even if im not braking. It usually starts coming when i let go of the throttle and bike goes below 25/20 and goes away when i apply the throttle. What could be the problem? Im done with my first servicing after that the noise went away for 2 weeks and came back again 2 days ago

    • @RajkaGarage
      @RajkaGarage  Před rokem

      Hi Dinesh, If you have already covered 26k kms, i will suggest replace the tyres positively before monsoon starts. Ideally in month of May itself as later on tyre shortage is common.
      The Stock MRF tyres are hard compound and hence although you can see visible tread on them, there is hardly any physical grip left in them.
      Also a great suggestion. I was thinking about making something on tyres and feel this is the right time with summer and monsoon following soon.

    How are nikavi brake pads for rear? I've ordered a pair of front and rear, just for experiment as I already have vesrah handy. Do they also make souns?

    • @RajkaGarage
      @RajkaGarage  Před rokem

      I haven't used the rear pads from Nikavi as they are Generic organic pads, unlike the sintered pads for the front they have. Have little apprehensions on local organic pads.
      Front sintered pads are performing well, but the feedback at slow speeds is dull as they are expected and design to deliver at high speeds.
      Have installed Vesrah in few friend's bikes and found them to be much more efficient than both OE and Nikavi. Nikavi are anyways white label Chinese product.

    • @akshayjoshi5955
      @akshayjoshi5955 Před rokem +1

      @@RajkaGarage I bought both front and rear for 536 so I'm not expecting much. But vesrah is also not that efficient in my opinion, as you use it for 2k-3k kms, you'll notice a harsh feel in the feedback from lever and a unusual noise from the disc, however it doesn't make any difference as I'm still using it from the past 8k kms. It goes away after cleaning though.

    • @RajkaGarage
      @RajkaGarage  Před rokem

      Ohk..so the one you bought are both organic pads. Coz the sintered front pads are at around 1100/-
      I will be switching to Vesrah for both front and rear for my upcoming RJ ride. So will get to feel the performance over a longer period as currently I am only getting that for short durations when I ride any of the friends CB with Vesrah.

      Congratulations buddy 🎉.
      If the bike is still in its early kms of running, try not to speed unnecessarily and keep the engine RPM down in each gear. Don't accelerate too hard, especially when riding with a pillion.
      Do this for the first 1500kms which will ensure that the engine running-in happens appropriately and keep it in good condition for later part of its life.
      I am soon making a separate video on the riding best practices to get good mileage. Stay tuned to that..

    How we can clean O2 sensor

    • @RajkaGarage
      @RajkaGarage  Před rokem

      Hi Sunil, any particular reason you are looking to clean the O2 sensor. How many kms have you done on the engine. Generally you need to clean the O2 sensor at and interval of 40-50k kms.
      Anyways, if you plan to, you can remove the sensor from the exhaust header and use a good to throttle body cleaner spray to clean it. Make sure to do this when the engine is cold and spray some good amount of WD40 on the sensor thread before removing it as the sensor thread will have good amount of corrosion on it. Please also take care of the connector wire while opening the sensor.

    • @sunil.g.sgopinathan8920
      @sunil.g.sgopinathan8920 Před rokem +2

      Hi Raj. Thank you for giving the reply. My vehicle has run 12k kms, but it shows some lack of power and lack of smoothness and some roughness on giving the throttle. Mileage is around 38kms in city conditions. So I am planning to clean the O2 sensor. Is there any risk in cleaning it?

    • @RajkaGarage
      @RajkaGarage  Před rokem +1

      No risk as such as long as the dismantling and assembly is done appropriately. But, it's too early for the O2 sensor to have any fouling on it, especially given fact that these BS6 engines runs much cleaner.
      Which engine oil you are using right now. Is the the Honda 5W30 or 10W30?
      Also have you checked other things, like chain slack, tyre pressure..air filter condition..
      I have heard some service centers are replacing the Air filter only after 18k kms which is the company recommended interval. Whereas in real world conditions it needs to be replaced every 5k kms for optimum performance.
