    I have a 1900 square ft driveway. The previous owner applied bright white concrete resurfacer over the grey driveway and sidewalks in 2004. It has all popped up from the freeze/thaw cycles. It looks like shit now. I have three choices; do nothing, replace the concrete ($17,000) or grind the resurfacer off and reapply.

    You did not mention Garage Floors? I live in Canada would it work to fix cracks and seal over old garage floors?
