I enjoyed your review. You did a great job. It's the first time I've ever seen a review this detailed and actually useful. I hope you do like a monthly/ yearly review on how it's holding up. I look forward to seeing more updates.
Thank you David. I'm new to this RV camping stuff and wanted to do a review from that stand point. We are still learning as we go but are figuring it all out. But so far it's a ton of fun.
Great review of the 12SRK trailer. I have a 2019 Geo Pro 12SRK. I'm just finishing up my 3rd camping season with it and have had no issues with it. I have about 7,000 miles on it over the 3 camping seasons and 101 nights camping. I also added another battery to mine as I do more off grid camping vs RV parks. I did purchase a suitcase type GO Power 90 watt solar panel with a 30 foot extension cable. I found that the solar on top works good but I was spotting the trailer in the shade a lot so the solar panel on top was not able to produce the required power to recharge. With the suitcase solar panel I could just move it around to get the sun. Made a big difference for off grid camping. Thanks again for the review and enjoy your camper, it's a lot of fun.
I have this same exact camper and already have started to do some mods to it and document the wiring and such so that I understand exactly how to hook in extra luxuries or move things around...... I'll say right away, my camper was missing the cabinet hook for the cabinet above the TV.....the 3 trim pieces along the ceiling in the cabin have came loose, and even the window shade came completely out of the wall.....After opening up the bed to check the wiring, the Inverter also came completely out of the wall and was poking new holes into the wall from the screws in the inverter......the trailer bounces around a lot, even just going down the highway because it's so small
I actually watched this video all the way to the end!!!!! Nice job!!!!! We are looking into buying one, but with a bathroom, I think Geo Pro makes a 14 footer with a wet bath.
Nice little camper wish it had a couple of window its looks like it will make you feel little closed in when your inside. Like it would get stuffy quick with no real airflow and being able to see outside other then no windows its a great little camper....
Thnxs Un Known....it dies have one window on the opposite side of the entry side. It does open a little on the bottom for air flow. It doesn't really feel to small on the inside and with the ac it's feels very comfortable.
I love the idea of an outdoor shower, but I don't really want to take a shower at the back then have to stand in mud/water whilst cooking dinner. Really neat little camper though.
Quick fix to standing in muddy water taking a shower out back build a wooden. Matt need only four slats of wood. Like y find in a Sonia bath but smaller
i like the shower thing,, but they need to have a covered outlet,, that's not a gfci outlet,, so,, hopefully you don't bump into it while wet, or get water in it or have something plugged in and you grab the counter for balance while washing yourself and ZAP,
for the price, your mileage will vary.....but I got mine for right at $20,000 after tax, title, etc......I'd say if campers weren't in such high demand, this camper is really worth about $14-16k
Nice but have you torn the spare tire off yet from going over a bump or dropping into a ditch. Not sure I like taking a shower in the kitchen and turning the kitchen floor into a mud hole.
Great video review. How are you liking it so far? May I ask how much you paid for it? I’m in the market for a GeoPro 12SRK or Jayco 12SRK. I know they have an msrp around $20k.
I have the same trailer 2021 GeoPro 12SRK - I got it for roughly 42,000 (Canadian money). As of right know the Rockwood/Forest River Company has discontinued making them.
I loved your video. I have been debating between a 12 and 14ft. You may have just sold me....approx what was the cost of this set up. I really love it. Thank you for sharing
@@BeauBeauPhet absolutely no regrets. A few things I do not like about the trailer and I think I will put that in my next video. Over all this little trailer is allowing us to do things we never thought we would do. It's affordable, easy to haul and we will be able to see more places and we met a lot of great people who are doing the same thing. Honestly it's been a lot of fun.
@Big Dream Little Camper thanks for the response ya I figured it would be difficult with the amount of amenities up there and space being limited thanks again
@@piscesimmortal4351 The dry weight is just under 1800 lbs., the hitch weight is just under 300 lbs., and the cargo capacity is just under 1200 lbs. A safe bet is to figure right about 3000k total with cargo, propane, water, food, supplies, etc. I would probably NOT try to tow it with a Honda HRV. I have a 2021 Honda Passport Elite AWD (just the size up SUV from yours) and have towed mine a little bit. It seems to work out just fine. I talked with a gentleman who had a Honda Passport AWD and he had a Geo Pro 15TB. He had the upgrades done to it so it could tow 5000 lbs. and didn't have any trouble with pulling his. Not trying to be a "know-it all" by any means but I think the tow capacity for your vehicle would be around 2000 lbs.
how much floor space is left after you pull out the bed ?? we would want a pottie bucket and maybe our 80 lb staffie ,, he would probably find his way in bed with us though :)
Yes we had to wait a while. We ordered ours in March and just got it in August. A lot of shortage in raw material set us back a bit and with the high demand in the RV industry and with Covid slowed everything down.
Doesn’t talk loud enough. Doesn’t know what different plugs/openings/panels are for. “Gotta figure that out.” “I’m not really sure what this is.” Why film with the TV sound on? Needs to know everything about the camper before filming. Stopped before finishing.
Excellent and thorough video! Makes me want to buy one!

I also purchased a 2019 12SRK and used it for 3 seasons. Had so much fun with it. I just upgraded to the Geo Pro 15TB and am loving that as well!

That's a lovely little camper you have, and a nice, comprehensive walk around.
Thank you Felix Cat! 🐈

You had me sold after the outside kitchen. Wish I had the money.
Yes the outside kitchen is pretty cool.
Oh, and thank you for your service! 🇺🇲

Very nice that it’s height is low enough to store at your house.
Small, but has everything you need.

If you have it sofa setup. Could you use a folding toilet seat with trash bag inside? Then just fold toilet seat and throw away trash bag?
I think so.

No toilet but have a TV. Priorities are important I guess.
Absolutely! Especially during college football season. Lol
Almost perfect for me, it’s only missing one thing. Where is the toilet 🚽 😂.
Down the street on the right. Lol
Just get a foldable toilet seat, trash bag and a tarp from Amazon.
Just get a commode from Walmart

I want to say around 1800 lbs.
