Good luck finding someone that depends on making money with a saw use a clone. Ya can’t really blame em. A firewood business? Perhaps a backup machine? Maybe. But I doubt it personally.
That thing runs rather well for a clone! I think they're worth the money hands down. For just an engine that size for anything else out there, it costs more than that entire saw. Little issues are easy to deal with.
Nice video and I just wanted to let you know I did get my 72cc running. I love it but I sent my 92cc Neo-tec to the doctor's office. Lol hopefully they can get it running. I would love to have it for my mill and keep my nice looking white saw for cutting down trees .
Throttle is normal so when your bucking pulling on it your not about to break your trigger! So don’t modify it. It’s Cush and would break because of pulling the play out.
Interested to see if the oil hole plugs up again. Recently bought a 372 clone and put a 24” husqvarna light bar on it. Have same issue within 1-3 cuts. Plenty of oil being pumped until that hole plugs up.
@@IndianaDoug i just bent the bracket that hold the screen a little out of the way i guess that explains why it pushes more smoke than any stock saw i have ever ran
@@IndianaDoug id rather be rich during break in i’m using aspen 2 with some added husqvarna oil to reach 40 to 1 after watching Tinmans and Gordys tuning videos i’d rather be fat soon and lean later
NH872 powerhead is only 289$...first cord of wood pays that off. Hard to wonder why anyone wouldnt want these? I love oem as well, but for firewood who can argue wjth that price.
Edit: I’m running my 32” Husqvarna X-Tough Lite bar in this video NOT the 36”.
What's needed is a couple week test by one of our fallers 8hrs a day. I'd be real interested in that.

@@IndianaDoug I get it but if it held up it would open some eyes on them. I can't wait to get the 60cc saw for firewood I know I'm convinced!
@@IndianaDoug I agree. More of a hobbyist deal. I would play around with one, AFTER my firewood for the year is done and I am just playing around.

Pretty much. I’m an oem guy, but these clones are really fun to toy with and learn.
That was a straight up review if ever I saw one. Good job Mr. Doug...
Thanks Brian.

Good review KB! I just ordered one so I’m hoping it’ll run like a beast.

Doing good so far. I think it was just a freak think, it happens.
Mines done that I wanna open up and chamfer the hole to try and keep it flowing better
👍Rain, sleet snow, got to try out new toys.👍
You know it👍🏻
Interesting video. Appreciate it!
we're did you find this thing? online somewhere I'm guessing
It was sent to me from the company for testing. They’ll be for sale soon.
Love the Jed shirt! Sounds like it is barely starting to break in. At least it idles ok, and seems to pull hard.
Thx man👍🏻
Seems strong and well Running
so wonderful beautiful video friend i love it see really cool
Thank you very much!👍🏻
@@IndianaDoug no problem my best friend i like you so much can we talk from instagram?
Nice one! You have me convinced!!
Seems great.
Sounds pretty healthy how are those husky light weight bars heard mixed reviews noticed a lot guys running sthl bars on all the different brands
I really like em, good price too.
will this saw benefit from a muffler mod or is the stock muffler already gutted?
Gutted

Might be a bit rich? Shouldnt really smoke much after it’s warm. I use 40:1 and tune it a bit on the rich side until a couple tanks.

thank you for the hint !i’ll tinker with thank you for all your in-depth reviews and information
Don’t let leather and lace get u down
I've never heard anyone complain about a clone saw over oiling🤷♂️ I don't think it's their strongsuit in general.
She oiling like field in Saudi Arabia now🤣
@@IndianaDoug sweet!!
It sure sounds and looks mean nuff...I just won't how it'd be long term?
The million dollar question
6 months of daily use. Would atleast pay for it self
Doug did they give any kind of a time frame when these would be available?
Unfortunately no
Have any issues with piston slap been reported on this particular brand of 394 clone?
No. That issue is with the Farmertec 395 clone.
I love it but Doug I thought you said you lost that connection
No it’s still there.
What type of gas do you run in neo and oil?
90octane non-eth (rec fuel) mixed with Red Armor 40:1, sometimes I’ll run 50:1 in smaller saws that are broke in well.
What one do you prefer? The NH or the NS?
Overall NS
Cool, injust got the ns, thanks
Nice shirt
❤️
Were you trying to get lil more out of the saw when you tune it
I believe it was idling high. Sorry it’s been awhile.
95CC??????? many old 70cc are faster cutting.
I agree. This saw won’t shine unless in bigger wood. This was unfortunately the largest I had on hand.
