That is a beautiful tribute. I posted on my face book this song on his birthday. Also the same for Michael Nesmith. It doesn't seem possible he has been gone 2 years next month. I was 13 years old when the show aired for the first time and never missed an episode. I am 60 now and I love him to this day and the rest of the boys. He will always live on in all of us through his spirit, his songs, his passion and thank goodness for youtube. Last year for Christmas my son got me volume 1 of the Monkees TV series and I am getting there second one. I wish the Rock and Roll Hall Of fame would induct them and wish Davy was here to accept the honor but if it comes true his daughters would. They proved the critics wrong, they have performed for 47 years and look what they have done for us fans. They deserve this and thank you for posting this, it is really wonderful. A true Monkee Fan.
My favorite Davy song, he was sooooo cute and I know some goes on how sexy,a good built the other guys are. Well, notice when Davy has his shirt off, ( or on), a very good build. He might have been little, but just as sexy as the other guy's. Of course I take up for Davy, him being my SPECIAL ONE. I liked all the guys, love Peter's dimples, Michael's sweetness with the guys, & Micky's cute &funny. Of course Just Everything about Davy, now remember Davy is my favorite.
