good job I thought I had to find an oil plug underneath but pouring out filler much easier. Thanks for video
Thanks for watching Joel!
Yes describing the fluid in litres is very helpful for some of us in the North, thanks for the video GG.
Rock on Mitala! Thanks for watching!
I really like that oil extractor JB. I definitely think it’s safer then tipping over a mower. Sometimes gas leaks out too. Nice demo on that. Cheers neighbor.
Hey Neighbor!! You’re going back a ways into the video collection lately lol! Bored at work ?? Lol! 😂 the extractor has helped me out in so many situations! I had a snowblower not too long ago with a tiny drain spout. Oil would have been all over everything. This guy saved me a mess for sure! Big day aerating the lawn this weekend! Any plans for you?
No plans as of yet. I saw the extractor pot up on my main utube page. Thought I'd check it out. Oh, I'm retired too. Gotta swing by on of these days. Have a great day!
@@jaybooth4815 ah got it! We’ll have to set something up sometime soon. Every week a few more buffaloians pop out of the woodwork! I’m sure we could have a decent meet up which would be pretty cool!
Two oil changes today. Great tool. Makes oil changes quick easy and clean.
You got it Billy! Awesome tool!
When I saw the oil extractor my first thought was the old Olympia beer “Oly Ball”. I’m sure plenty of viewers remember them from way back when. I need to make an oil extractor rather than pay the big bucks to buy the one listed on your link.
Thanks for all your helpful informative videos. Ron from Michigan 🇺🇸
Given inflation lately, you’re probably better off mailing one lol. When I made this video the extractor was only $40. Can’t imagine what it is now. Thanks for being a cool fan Ron!
George calls it SHRINKAGE.
@@nicolasmuniz9452 sounds about right!
Looks like my old water bong from when I used to smoke that wacky tobacco! Lmao that oil looked more like atf on video
It did lol! You never know. It was only $5. Lol
Great video JB.
I’ve been thinking about getting one of those!
Flint Layfield totally worth it. For my time master and power washer it’s super handy! Hope you’re doing awesome!
Nice review JB 2005 5 likes now That Timemaster looks like a monster.
Thanks Gregory! That timemaster is a beast but it’s alway huge pain in the you know what to fix!
$54.40 and it’s yours. However, on another channel you can make one out of a jar, soda bottle, tubing and a shop vac. And it works.
George Qualls I did see that video. Good idea but for me it comes down to time. Just didn’t feel like taking the time to find all the parts for that and taking the time to make it. For $54 it was worth it for me to save the time. Thanks for watching.
These are now EIGHTY bucks on Amazon!! Crazy.
What do you do if you run your mower and find out you added to much oil? Asking for a friend...who ran it for about a half hour and noticed that it was starting to smoke. Thanks JB.
Whitie in Vermont hey WHITIE!!!!! Kind of hard to tell without actually seeing it. Seen a similar situation though. I just changed the oil again. Drained it out. Re-added oil to about the mid point on the dipstick between low and high and let it run for few minutes in the driveway to let the oil/smoke clear out. Should be fine after a little bit. Let me know how it works out for your friend! Good to hear from ya bud!
@@GarageGear thank you sir! My friend appreciates your advice more than you know. Sorry that I haven't been around. Vermont weather is similar to Buffalo New York. It's been a busy year for anyone with a green thumb and very busy. Not complaining but just letting you know that's consumed a lot of my time.
Whitie in Vermont I hear ya my friend. I know you’re always around somewhere lol. Don’t know if you’ve gotten a lot of rain lately but we haven’t had any in three weeks. My water bill will definitely be through the roof!
I can take the plug out and have it drained before I even find that contraption
Thanks for watching
these things suck. It works ONCE and then the seals get all shot to hell and it won't make vacuum again when trying to use it several months later... I am currently watching this video to be sure I'm still doing it right.
No issues here but thanks for sharing!
Yep... learned this the hard way...
$70....No thanks.....multiple videos on how to make one using a Shop Vac which I already own.
They have raised the price on them since I made the video. They were about $40-$50 before. I’m wondering if the price is up right now because everyone is working small engines in the spring with lawn equipment. Thanks for watching!
