Don't sell these and don't buy is my advice, so embarrassing bought just to help 1 older lady cut her lawn company coming 3 days, after promising to help feel like a failure let her down😢

Nice video man. How far apart are your walking paths on this? And are you throwing back to the footprints of your previous path or is it just a slight overlap of each swath? Thinking about getting this as a compromise between the scotts stuff and $300+ Lesco.

I guess it's necessary where he lives. But I live in Tx where we have Burmuda, and St Augustine grass and don't have that problem. I mowed for 22 years with a Honda lawn mower and at the end of the season, I just turn the lawnmower on its side and rinse it of with the hose. Yes, some grass gets stuck under the deck but water pressure takes it right off.No problem.

Try Waxing the deck. The grass won't stick. My son did this on the steel deck mover , and i did it on my new Ryobi plastic deck. Took only 12 minutes, and another 10 for the rest of the mower.

To me, the rye grass in the contractor's mix provides a quick fix for the bare spot in a lawn while helping to hold the more slowly germinating seeds of the other grasses in place till they can take hold. That and the fact that I can buy it by the pound...or ounce if I wanted to, and can plainly see it as it's being scooped out of the bin and placed on the scales so that you can see it's seed and not a mulch filler...just makes more sense to me. A pound of it goes a long way and is relatively inexpensive as opposed to having to buy a large bag like those that would take me forever to use up and taking up just that much more storage space in the garage.

Here's a hint. Don't use a shovel. Buy a pitchfork. Shoving a bladed edge into loose materials will wear your out. Shovels are for cutting into compacted dirt. The tines of a pitchfork just glide into loose materials.

Yeah, next time make sure wheels and top of mower is dirty,because every time I've ever mowed wet grass it's stuck to the wheels also. Think you are full of it.

Lol I agree That thing is absolutely awful. I would never, ever consider buying a battery Operated lawn mower. You could get the base model Honda from home Depot 549.99, $50 cheaper than Dewalt battery operated mower at 599. Kind of a no Brainer in my opinion

I came across your video when I was searching for some basic tune-up instructions for our Toro walk-behind, and you have been a LIFE 👏🏻 SAVER 👏🏻 ! Especially when I had to disconnect the carburetor to clean it out. Good idea, and I'm glad you did this, since I have a new mower that needs it. That said, I want to introduce you to a better duct tape. Gaff tape. Protapes gaff tape, specifically. I'm not sponsored or anything, but I use it in the film industry, and that stuff is great. It leaves no residue, but is almost as tacky as the gorilla tape (I've never had it not hold what I want it to hold, but it also doesn't stick immediately and not let itself be pulled off or leave anything behind to remind you you were there.

Who exactly is the target customer for a annual grass?

Suppose I receive my new honda hrn216 this morning, fill it with fuel and the oil. Should I let the lawnmower run and wait 30 minutes without mowing the yard? Or it is ok if I mow the yard grass then change the oil after 30 minutes? There is any risk i do this?
