The only thing I really dislike about Tom's Modeling, is that some of the vids are just too short.

Nobody beats a Tamiya sport bike. I seen a fire blade for sale on marketplace just yesterday. Sold in one day. Was the red/white/blue. Looks better black/satin.

Love it! My Kawa H2 is still waiting to be built with replacement metal parts and carbon fiber decals (those cost more than the kit itself). Such an indimitating model for first time bike builder.

Hi Tom, marvellous as ever. My question: I can see why the chain is an excellent subject for 3D printing given layer lines/orientation etc; did you see any layer lines on the chain pins, and as that went so well, how come you did not 3d print the fork objects that you instead turned on a lathe. cheers
Thank you very much - the chain printed flawless without any visual layers. Regarding the front fork: nothing beats the original materials. Even if I had printed the forks they still had to be painted.

Fantastic, the only thing is that the tyres don't look they are supporting any weight. Which is the case with almost all models.
Thank you - I know what you mean, but you won't see any different on a real motorcycle with that type of tires. Similar to low-profile tires the pressure is that high to avoid any kind of pressure related movement. In addition the original bike's weight is relatively low.

I'm currently making the Tamiya Honda RC213V and got this exact kit for Christmas. Beautiful job there. I doubt mine will look as good when I get round to making it.
