For those getting gaga over the fact that there is no exam : one thing that shweta didn't mention is while applying you have to write an essay also, which needs to reflect your own opinions and thought process. And you can't copy and paste it from web as they check it for plagiarism. They take it seriously and would even have discussion over it. So being genuine is the key. Post that there will be an in depth interview which may get stretched to over 2-3 rounds if they aren't completely convinced by your candidature in the first round. So even if there is no exam it still is going to be challenging.
