This generation of R1 saw a facelift from the previous 09-11 generation in 2012. Updates brought a more aggressive front end with LED running lights, and a new 7 level traction control system to an already outstanding performance package.
This bike has been through our service department and passed an 89 pt. reconditioning & inspection process. Some of the points include a oil & filter change, flush and bleed of all brake/clutch fluids, inspection of all wear items, an electrical & charging system test, safety & lighting check, adjustment of controls, torque check of major fasteners, a diagnostic check with a scanner, and of course a test ride to check for proper operation of the bike. Our techs also check valves clearances, replaced spark plugs, chain, and mounted and balanced a new set of tires.
This R1 was brought to us by a local rider with many desirable goodies already installed including the 3/4 T-Slash TOCE exhaust system that accents the tail section of this bike perfectly while providing an unmistakable and meaty sound.
