Lyrics:
Bad of the heart
Because you're bad of the heart
How could you be so cruel? You treat me like a fool
After all I did for you
You cut me like a blade, my trust is slowly fading
Now I don't know what to do
I thought that when you gave me love
My life would start to change
Instead I saw that I was wrong
My life was re-arranged
How I wonder why
You just put my love aside
You threw me in the gutter
And you left me there to lie - Hudba
High school memories old school freestyle never dies!

네 이거야 말로 진짜 음악입니다
missing those days😞
Back when songs were actually written and had melodies. Love the euro influence combined with american urban - brilliant.
+hep48 indeed, that mix of ingredients is what made freestyle so cool, miss that vibe. you can hear the kraftwerk influence mixed with west side story aesthetics and hip-hop essence, only in NY!
NEVER GET TIRED OF THIS SONG
Miss this great music on HOT 97
so many memories :)
Latin Freestyle was always on point. WBMX in Chicago used to play this in the Friday and Saturday night mixes. I still have a mixtape with this on it.
Loved the hot mix five but i think Tim Spinnin Schommer use to play the hott-
est freestyle mixes ...
Daryl Dettmer
Yeah he did. I think it was him and Ralphie "The Raz" Rosario that played a lot of Freestyle.
Raz did a kickass remix for Yaz(oo) also!!!
i liked Ralphie too ...
Montreal, Quebec here, we loved this shit back in the day, especially because it was a girl magnet in our cars! Lol
Man I miss this stuff!!
Takes me back !
King of Freestyle in my book. This man always delivered powerful lyrics, music production always tight. This video for its time is on point.
One of my favorite Freestyle jams. Freestyle forever.
i hope freestyle makes a come back
Me to I love the 80's
Realistically, i love my (era), none like it. BUT! It could never be the same unfortunately, society has changed and the (feeling) would never be the same. It wasn't just about the (music), it was about the (people). Listening to these songs always takes me there though.
From your lips to God's ears. Por favor!
40INTENSITY it can never say never
Jeffrey D You're dumbing out kid.
AFTER ALL THIS YEARS......ITS STILL A KOOL JAM***
one of my favorites and iam only 29 this is still knockin just as popular now as then trust me all my friends still knockin this. Yonkers ny baby
Way back before MP3 and CD's. To get most songs you had to tape them off the radio on cassette.
RodThaBod omg yeah totally forgot, I used to wait after commercials to get and record the songs I wanted..😂😂😩
RodThaBod Yeah though, not for long because, I'm sure CD's became dominant a few years later around 1992 and then we had the MP3 revolution which went from about 1998-2001
Snap, we have MP3 ? Whats that
RodThaBod so true, hah
Even CDs are disappearing now.
Bad of the heart.hell yes!
Little known fact:
The other members you see dancing in this video, combined with George, were initially called "Loose Touch" and Bad of the Heart was released on his producers label Ligosa, before Columbia picked it up and had George adopt the name George Lamond and become a solo act.
The dancer you see with the Fedora hat at 2:46 is another freestyle singer you might know of named...Joey Kid.
yes Kenny Rosa who was my best friend, Joey Kidd who i knew from the Nest and around the way(Marcy Place), where George lived. Good old days when George was trying to scratch records on his turntables on the 2nd floor
now that's music!! today's generation knows nothing bout real music except if they grew up with a relative who played Freestyle Music. looove it!!

I saw him at the Freestyle Summer Jam in New Jersey last week. It was amazing. I had a great time. FREESTYLE FOREVER!
Nice!!!! Can't believe that this guy is also an amazing salsa singer.
I cant stop listening to this jam.
THE KING
LOVE THE 80'S MISS IT :-(
This man sigs like an Angel !
Freestyle music was the best genre I think. No other music couldn't compete with the hot sick beats freestyle had. Freestyle music had the sickest beats I swear. I don't know what happened to this music. I wish we could bring this music back cause music today is crap. Those were the good ol days when we had good music and everything was normal in those days. George Lamond was bad in his days. He was like the Puerto Rican Michael Jackson of freestyle with the dance moves and voice he had.
OMG always LOVEd this song. way ahead of its time.....
Goodness I love this song and feel like dancing!!
This 12" version was in regular rotation at all of the major night clubs back then, back when we actually partied all night..
