its not always p/s that matters, its about p/e that matters the most, 2 cr for 198 crore is just 1% of p/e where even the biggest players with lower margin make 6%

According to company 1 month sale 35CR hai Aur average selling price 7000 hai so,it means 35CR/7K hota hai 50,000 it means approx 50,000 phones sales hue hai so, 50,000*70Rs per piece hota hai 35 Lakh So shark ka profit 35 lakh per month Aur company par bachega 55Lakh😎

Sharks saying you must be knowing basic numbers of business while they themselves have forget basic principle of profitability in their startups. Even half graduates in this country don’t have knowledge about ebita and pat. These founders guys are in their 40s they will need some time to understand such terms.

Before Debt Royalty is the only thing by which we can save our equity. I think this should be digested as Anupam said there is a mindset issue in India regarding royalty.
A good sales point for EMIs as well. You are buying the 1Cr thing at let's say 1 Lakh royalty per month until they make atleast 1.5 Cr.

With royalty they get 4 crores, if the 2 crores was offered as a debt for 10 % it would have come out to be 3.3 crores(10 % interest). Which means they wanted to loot 70 lakhs and also questioned the entrepreneur's math while doing so.
1% royalty till 3cr is recouped. So is it 4 cr that they get or 3 cr ??? At the end they got 2cr for 1% and 1% royalty till 3cr is recouped.
No one is giving 10% it's 15% market rate

Jab pitchers royalty mana karne lage to Anupam ne vahi pe confuse kar dia ki aapka interest 30L h (jo annual h) par royalty me 25L hi monthly dena h aapko. Anupam ne cleverly apne words manipulate kiye yaha pe. Yehi pe vo log v confuse ho gye.
Last me Amit ne bhi bola ki aapka yearly 30L interest h to 3 years me 1 Cr ho jaega fir bhi confused thhe vo log.

Ab Principal plus extra amount dekha jaye to first case me 3Cr hone k liye 3 years and 4 months lag jaega. Second case me 3Cr dene k liye 1 year (assuming sales same h) uske sath equity v alag se deni padegi.
Mtlb first case favourable h pitchers k liye AGAR SIRF PAISE KI BAAT DEKHI JAYE TO.
