A walk through on doing the Suspension Leveling Calibration as found on some Audi and VW vehicles.
Note that on some cars you may get an "invalid value", start "rocking" the car a little bit, this should solve problem.
Will be trying this tomorrow, if all goes well I will be ordering 12 sets of Ross - Tech

Gsavage1, it ended up being the Distribution Block near the compressor. That was the cause of the error message. Today I came out to 3 axles being on the ground and one rear at #3 height. The adaptation tries to level the car out, but after the pump runs for 60 seconds or so, it stops and the Ross-Tech screen says ERROR in red. I just threw $240 at a used control module...
Hy there.. i have a 2008 touareg and i have a problem. I left the car on offroad mode and the next day i found it with the rear up (still on offroad) and the front down with the driver side even lower than the pax side (unbalanced). I started the car..started to raise up automatical and it drove fine... At night i left it in dynamic mode.. the next morning again the same isue..the rear was ok at the setting i left the car, but the front again with the same problem. The front lower than the rear and the driver side even lower!

Do uncalibrated suspensions show as "level control" warnings on the dash? Or do the warning imply an actual hardware fault than needs repair?
Thanks for video helpful I found front left wheel is 10 mm higher than right front wheel, can calibration can help in this circumstances?
TheRafalblog yes, the calibration procedure will help with that.
I have the exact same Audi Allroad as in video. What level is the car supposed to be on? Is the idea the computer takes the measurements which are off and then readjusts to factory for each level?

This is suspension is not calibrated will this cause the suspension to fail and have the yellow and or read suspension light illuminate
I see you didn't answer the last question about the error message but was wondering the same!
For this procedure to work, the vehicle needs to be to factory design. A leak in the system, wiring issues, bad sensors, ect can prevent one from being able to do the calibration.

i have a touareg 2004 r5 and im getting ''stop fault running gear' when i drive a while.
one of the pressure valve has been replaced since there was a leak but im still getting this message so i thought maybe the levels arent correct. do you think your video will help?

Hey how are u doing? Nice video thanks for posting it. I got this suspension level malfunction message on my x5 e70 . My car is not leaning on one side i mean is more like lifted on one side u know what i mean? I got no leaks on the air bags . I think its more like something with the sensors or something like that. Do you think that with that program ill be able to fix it?
when i login and enter the adaptation menu, i wait for the "wait" to change into "Value" but is doesn't work. it just stops and says error. maybe bad sensors or something? can i just delete all the DTC and maybe then will work?

What setting does the suspension need to be on before the calibration? Lift, Comfort, Automatic or Dynamic?
uktech 5 years??? Still no answer. From what it seems, probably automatic. When you enter on the first step on the vcds it adjust to set up height. Min 1:06.

when I access the Adaptation menu, it won't let me change any values, it just says error in the top boxes. Any reason for this? I need to calibrate my Allroad!

Just to be clear - this seems to be specific for Air Suspension. Will this also work on Audi Magnetic Ride shocks as well or is that done through Address 14 - Susp. Elect.?
Old school air ride for systems that use the CAN protocol.
