  • London.
C/U of a model who is displaying a recently teased hairdo. She turns to show the front and side of the curled hairstyle. C/U of a detail of her curled fringe. Camera moves down the head to the neck. Raymond - the hairstylist better known as "Teasie-Weasie" - describes the hairstyle himself. He calls it "Spring". Shot of Raymond who is incredibly dapper, styling the woman's hair. He wears a velvet jacket with silk collar, a yellow cravat and his hair is slicked back. He has a thin moustache.
Raymond places a floral arrangement around the base of the hair. Raymond informs us that "finger curls and dagger sides establish the style". The hair has highlights of Peacock Blue. The model turns to show the finished style. The model is called Claudette.
M/S of Raymond admiring another of his hairstyles. He explains that this particular lady (Pat) has a flat head (!) so he has piled up curls on top - "an Alexander fringe". The hair has shadings of Gold Lustre. C/U of Raymond combing the style into shape as he explains his hairdressing philosophy. M/S of Raymond leaning backwards to admire his handiwork. C/U of Pat, she turns her head to show the "cute cut". C/U of a detail of the hair "the moustache" - a strange little double curl at the nape of the neck.
L/S of very glamorous woman dressed in pink with pink hair to match! C/U of the woman's hands which are clasped in her lap. Camera tilts up to show her face and an astonishing pink fringe - wow! She turns her head to display the style. C/U of the model - Jean - as Raymond uses his scissors to point out the shape of the haircut. He points out that it has a "soft bolster fringe" and a "modified cubic line".
L/S of Raymond ("Teasie-Weasie") working on another woman's hair. C/U of her style which he describes as his "Sea of Waves" - he encourages us to notice how deep the troughs are. C/U of the style as he tilts her head. He has used "magenta colouring to match her green eyes" and a slight cubic effect shapes her head the way he wants it.
The "true cube" is seen modelled by a young teenager Brenda. She turns to show the style.
C/U of the model with the pink fringe - she has a floral decoration perched on the back of her head. She turns to display it ending with a smile into the camera. Narrator ends by saying: "At its best hair in the hands of an expert crowning a woman's beauty. In this way the hair stylist and artist in every sense makes his own valuable contribution to this colourful world!"
Note: for search purposes, alternative spellings: Teasy-Weasy, Teasie Weasie, Teazy-Weazy, Teazy Weazy, Teazie Weazie, Teazie-Weazie or Teasy Weasy (can't think of any more!).
There is some documentation on file relating to the hairstyles on show.

This helps explain why women of a certain age were always so complimentary of my hair when I dyed it various colors.

Why do I always find it hard to accept from others that women’s haircuts in the 50’s were fashionable and becoming.

Na vdd o cabelo puro em sí ñ tem nd de bonito. Só parece harmônico por causa das mulheres em questão serem por sí só bonitas e harmônicas. Mas provavelmente nestas modelos qq cabelo pareceria bonito

@@susanbrogan3267I'm surprised they weren't afraid to smoke with all the highly inflammable products and hairspray on their hair . It might well have been wise to carry a small travel sized fire extinguisher in your shopping or handbag the way we carry hand sanitizers now .🤔

Ok but all of them are ridiculous. Mismatching curls, oddly cut silhouettes, moustache on a neck? This guy just wants to be 'totally alternative' without any meaningful ideas. He is also ridiculous in a way he treats women in the video completely as a mannequin or canvas.

This was the priming for the homosexual movement 10 years later. Turning all the women into cute little boys. Fortunately it was tried, tested, and rejected by 70s.
