I still can't figure out what these blocks with Nvidia sign are. Are they heatsinks? If so, do they have a fan inside or are they fully passive? My guess is that each block has a GPU under these blocks, but the casing on top look intriguing. If someone knows for sure what purpose these blocks serve, I would appreciate explanation.

Yes, those are the massive heatsinks that are required for air-cooled versions of this server. Entirely passive.
Not only that, this thing has six cpus.... That's insane in today's world...
