- The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals reviews the decision of Hawaii U.S. District Court Judge Derrick Watson regarding the enforcement of President Trump’s travel ban.
I don’t even support the ban, at least as it was originally intended, but the solicitor general makes objectively far better arguments
General Wall is an excellent advocate. I do like Neal Katyal a lot though. I don't agree with Neal but he's a beast advocate and he has an aggressive but restrained and respectful style. They both have worked with and against each other which I love!

I think it is worth noting that this would be a non-issue if Trump communicated and composed himself in a more tactful matter. Jeffery Walls debate about the danger of courts interfering in national security issues makes a lot of sense. However Trump is conducting himself in such a way that puts his intent at question. It is reasonable that we are having legal debates about discriminatory actions being pushed through in national security orders. This is a dangerous situation either way you look at it, but it was one created by Trump and the way he conducts himself.
So says the typical liberal who hates the President of The United States. Noted.

Pending Case of Note - Ninth Cir. case No. 12-15938 Alvaro Rodriguez v. State of California. Seven judges are accused with perpetrating a fraud on the United States Courts. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is currently Reviewing a Motion to Recall a Mandate and Set Aside a Judgment for Fraud on the Court. The former Ninth Circuit chief judge is accused with issuing two false statements and concealing a "fraudulent scheme of public corruption" when a Complaint was filed on Dec. 12, 2013 No. 13-90201, involving a district judge who concealed a "fraud on the court" perpetrated by five California state judges. Fact - [N]o "accusatory pleadings" or criminal charges were filed by the state to justify a conviction. The Calif. Dept. of Motor Vehicles issued an "Order of Set Aside" on Oct. 3, 1991. On May 7, 1993 the victim of fraud and deceit was convicted. The "Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction" over the defendant and of the state and federal courts was deliberately concealed by all officers of the court involved in this wrongful DUI conviction. The Motion was filed on June 22, 2016 by the victim in pro se. On July 27, 2017 a Court Clerk stated the case is under Review and pending.
I am quite impressed by the questions being asked of both lawyers, but especially this one. Judge Hawkins has made it clear that this lawyer has argued against his current position in the past. The judges will go away and study the briefs and the transcripts then have the unenviable responsibility of writing a response. I hope the court upholds the Presidents responsibility to determine the safety of the country and its citizens without political interference.
