Haven't they seen the danger hikers have put themselves in hiking narrow canyons where a rush of water comes and ends some peoples lives ?? You just don't know with this weather, where problems can arise. They have some weird issues.

Hi Cat, this might be the first time I've posted here but I felt compelled to let you know I appreciate the hard work you do putting videos together for your viewers. Obviously there are some who don't know what it actually takes to put so much time into taking the videos, compiling the footage, sorting and organizing it into something with order and a theme, adding music, voice-overs, transitions...etc, and uploading a finished product. But there will always be those who are dissatisfied and feel the need to share. Haters will hate. But I can probably speak for many when I say the fact you took the time to explain only shows your gentle heart. God bless and keep putting out videos when you can. We just felt a real need to comment after this video. We watch you Cat, because number one, we like you and number two, the quality of your videos is exceptional. We watch and are interested in all of your videos whether it is camping in your motor home, backpacking or working on your sister's trailer. Everyone we have subscribed to on CZcams occasionally misses a week or even a couple of weeks and we understand that there are circumstances that happen in life and they cannot put out a video. Some of them do not explain why they missed a week and we don't get angry or unsubscribe. We look forward to each and every one of your videos. As a you tube viewer I subscribe to people's channel that I can relate to, therefore they kind of become like a friend and what decent person doesn't want to hear what their friend has been up to. You do what you have to do and don't worry because there are MANY of us who love your channel.

For myself, I feel blessed to be able to view your beautiful videos that make me feel that I'm right there by your side enjoying nature's best views when it's not something I will get to enjoy otherwise due to my age and what's been hitting our country for the past 3-4 years. Each video is fresh - and yes! we have enjoyed the coverage of you building out your sister's van. We have enjoyed seeing your buddy, Bertie, and the adventures you've done with your sis. Folks who are "bored" due to winter limitations, this season, obviously have not experienced real winter living. The whiny, complainers aren't worth letting ruin one minute of life. They literally helped keep me grounded when I was working as a nurse during covid prior to us going full time and retiring in 2021. There are a lot of us subscribers who enjoy the variety of your posts. Don't let a few narrowminded individuals discourage you. I've backpacked in the past but I'm 77 now, and even though I still enjoy hiking, backpacking is a thing of the past for me. Therefore, I enjoy seeing videos about backpacking. We also have a hybrid camper (cross between a travel trailer and a pop up tent camper) so we enjoy seeing videos about you and your camper as well, and we also camp in the back of our pickup last spring we spent 3 weeks in Arizona camping in the back of our pickup and the spring before we were in Utah camping in the back of our pickup, so we enjoy your videos of truck camping also. Keep up the good work Kat. We love it.

I've never understood the 'regular schedule" demands from youtube channels, a lot of my favorites are backpacking/offroading type channels, and I'm just glad to see new videos whenever, since usually it's a binge watch when work allows anyways, not each week or anything on a schedule. keep up the great videos, and good work- at your convenience, not everyone else's. also I like all aspects of related type content- a trailer build, a backpack gear review, history of areas, all of it is interesting, not just one facet of adventuring. Wow, the actions and words of those who left the channel or have negative things to say about you just goes to show where our society has plummeted to. The week we didn't have a vid from you, I was concerned for your well-being and was thrilled the next week to see a vid and to learn that you were safe, happy, well, and finally able to go on another adventure. I love seeing the parts of the country you can venture into. I'd have to have a pack mule to carry my things as my back will no longer allow carrying anything more than a little day pack. So, I'm thrilled when you do the backpacking adventures and I get to go along and see the areas I can't get to. The thing that gets overlooked is most of the time you aren’t going to like every single video somebody makes even if it’s your favourite channel. Even the videos we make we have our faces. It’s the fact that you take the time to put something together that makes you happy to share with the world or those that follow the adventures. It is a labour of love and it’s free! Nobody needs those fair weathered subscribers that are just waiting for a reason to leave and tell you all about it. You are documenting your life, your travels and what makes you, you. Just keep doing that and those that truly enjoy your energy and style will be there every step of the way.

This is your life and these are your adventures into which you’ve invited us, so if stuff happens in my life, I can certainly understand it’s gonna happen in yours. I have learned so much over the last couple months, as you’ve set-up your truck camper, and gotten started on your sister’s trailer. Hello 👋🤗 Cat. It's a fine although cold morning here in Michigan. The sun is shining & want to wish you a happy Spring (tomorrow). Not much we can do about the weather. Just gotta go with what is provided each day. When life throws lemons, make lemonade ❣️ it's the same with certain others. Not everyone will be pleased with what & who you are. Every vlogger goes through that. Aaahh, so what. Sure it's disappointing but you have the confidence about life & in yourself to keep on with your purpose. I so appreciate your variety. As always Sunday waking up to your video is my special routine my friend ❤😊. It upsets me how some people get so entitled and have the nerve to try to dictate in a sense what you should or shouldn’t do on your channel. Its really sad that people think they “own” your way of living 😢. Please dont let these people add sadness to your life as majority of us are patiently waiting for whatever adventure or day in a life video you choose to share with us and we do understand life events, weather, car issues are to happen and that is OK - Its life ❤😊.
