I admire Aries very well about the military or police be it retired or in active duty to intervene this big controversy between Duterte n the Marcos. Amending the economic provisions of the 1987 Constitution is not bad. It will bring in foreign investors which will be good for our country because it will give the Filipinos more jobs. They are not clamoring for a change of the 1987 Constitution in its entirety. On the other hand, I think it is time to review and change the 1987 Constitution because it was haphazardly done during the Cory Aquino presidency. There are a lot of loopholes in that Constitution.
