In Colin's defense, and I don't do this often, the Jets at the time seemed to be a dumpster fire that was in no way designed to develop a young QB.
That said, still in opposition to Colin's opinion, I was hoping my team would be able to draft Baker that year because of his escape abilities when in trouble and his accuracy. I am ALSO VERY HAPPY that my team did not think like I did that draft as they ended up trading up to draft Josh Allen....
SOMETIMES an almost eternal playoff drought can be worth sticking with a team in the end.
