I was attacked in Auckland by pitbull which was set lose , it came and grabbed my leg and didn’t let go for atleast 1 min , it took almost 15days to get recover.This was back in 2015 ,I still have the teeth mark on my left leg 🦵 and thigh.

First time pit bull was taken by Animal control because it was stray dog, but the rest were Owned pets, I didn’t bother to do anything.

The problem is not pet dogs , the problem is when it is left free or unattended or abandoned. In Chandra layout, Nagarbhavi etc we have 4-5 street dogs per road ( security+ ) but imagine a pitbull coming in that place. It will just destroy our native breed + endanger !
