Bought a moleskin started couple weeks back, been writing down day to day activities, books I’ve read and thoughts on different subjects, haven’t saw the benefits as of yet but like I said only been a couple weeks

Best thing I did since the start of my journey. It is also very easy to stay consistent with. 3 lines a day is enough at least for me. But I happen to journal longer when needing to free the mind, write some ideas down and some life update compared to the goals I've set for myself.
