True, but also barely anything is required to first start off. It only costs 100 dollars or so for bandit signs. If you get just one deal from that, you will have the ball rolling for your marketing budget. Just keep funding it with the deals you make. You only need one deal to start

I don’t agree that you should wait to put your child in a better school until middle or high school. If you have ever worked or attended a public school in inner cities. You know that some kids aren’t learning because of many issues. Kids will make it to 8th grade and have 1-2 grade reading level. You need a strong foundation in elementary so i say send them to a better school to learn at least to do basic math and reading
As a parent, making sure your child has basic literacy and math skills is is something you should feel accountable towards. An 8th grader with a 2nd grade reading level (unfortunately I've met and tutored many) is due to lack of accountability by the parent.
