Great video and absolute confirmation on what I have been seeing in my area. I'll also add that the 1031 Exchange is the most underrated aspect of how the rich get richer. When I found out about that transaction I couldn't believe what I was hearing. lol #GameChanger

Opportunity zone or reparation? Which is more likely to build generation wealth? Reparations is instant gratification in my opinion buying back our blocks with the opportunity zone is the way to go. Sadly the usual suspects have the black folks facing the wrong way once again. Scaramucci of skybridge funds is in the process of buying a run down port in the Carolina's, these assets will be taken right from under noses. If we are able to give Disney $700b for black panther which was nothing more than a feel good movie, we should be able to raise the funds to invest in opportunity zones.
Hey, if y'all know if any good lawyers, I got arrested at work on a project im investing in in an opportunity zone. Cops kept attacking me and I beat the case 3 times. Tons of racism in this area. Be careful out there if your black.
