    Great video; I like how you take the time to inform your audience that we all work to improve our lives and maintain financial security. The correct investment, frugal lifestyle, and budgeting make it simple to accomplish this. I started working hard early in life to achieve financial independence, and now I'm in grade.

    Does anybody have a recommendation for which property search application might be best for me to use for my personal use to identify undeveloped property and then skip trace the owners? I'm needing a deal on the land to be able to afford retirement and it seems like most the apps on the market are geared towards investors in the SFH, Multi or complex. A shove in the right direction is greatly appreciated. 😉

      every deal is going to be different. Find motivated sellers, be consistent with follow up, look for sellers motivations and try to help. Most important is to build a network of others around you who are doing deals. I would love to connect and see what I can help with!

    Bought that calton sheets , program back in the days .. it’s like $50 or $100 .. but , reading the program .. didn’t really makes sense , because u didn’t have anyone to explain things .. lol

    sorry, but the idea of driving around to find thousands of potential deals is nonsense. You would be lucky to find one house after driving around for five hours in a low income area of any city.

      Just because you don’t understand the strategy, doesn’t make it bad. The most successful investors are willing to do the work others won’t…..such as “Driving 4 Dollars”, door-knocking, and cold-calling. I know several of them that still use these tactics decades later. They just have a team to do it for them.

      I've done it before and closed well over 100 deals doing it over 4 years. It definitely works.

      @@2ndchancecellular So tell me why any seller would deal with a wholesaler when they can just pick up the phone and call a flipper buyer directly. None of these gurus have a single video of them wholesaling a single deal. Every video is the guru merely making claims.
