    You just saved my life. I’m in bed with some really bad caughing and fever and I’ve developed shoulder pain overnight so bad I was ready to cry. This morning I found your excercises I did them and the pain is gone!!!!🎉 I’ll do them more during the day but it’s an absolute lifesaver. Thank you!

      Hey it’s been a while since you commented this but my condition now is literally the same as you. I was having a cold, fever, coughing all day and suddenly at night my shoulder started to feel so much pain down to the arm as well. I’m gonna try this exercise too, but just quick question, when you get the shoulder pain, was it hard for you to take a deep breath? I’m struggling to do that since it affects the shoulder as well.

      My dr told me she could send me to a p.t. but I could find similar stretches and exercises on line. And here I am

    After I suffered for long times and paying a lot of money for a pain relief medications, randomly I saw you on youtube and it really helped me after I tried all these excercise. Now I am feeling confort and able to move my right hand without feeling crazy pain. Thank you Tim for helping many people including me and you are our blessings.     This is awesome man, what’s really been hurting me lately is upper back like right at the joint of the neck. I’m reading a lot so I’m trying to get out of that posture, great videos man! 🤙

    Thanks. I have popped ac joint, torn labrum, low lying acromion, dislocations, nerve root impingement etc. I really hope these work because I've been scheduled for surgery.

    I recently had surgery on my right shoulder and these are the exact exercises by PT, and I just do them at home! I had a mupulation lots of scar tissues removed! The pain is horrible but hoping for some relief soon! Thanks for the video!

    I’m just a kid and I haven’t been able to sleep the last few nights because of how bad my shoulder pain is I really hope this is able to help it because I’ve tried multiple stretch’s and either I didn’t do them right or they didn’t target the area I have pain in.

    Had pain by doing pushups search a lot didn't find a single video except this one that treat the injury, all videos are the correct movement for push up no video how to treat after injury

    Not mentioned was: Keep your scapula down, don’t shrug, when you do these. Otherwise great exercises!

    The Stick Press Up likely will serve no purpose without an external weight added to it.

      Not exactly true - sometimes people have pain with this motion and a stick assisted movement allows them to achieve full flexion without pain. For strengthening, yes, you need weight. But this is an effective way to promote good mechanics of the shoulder into flexion with support.

    Make sure you are drawing the db back with your elbow so that you are using your lat and rear delt, rather than your bicep
